Ok Kim, I told my whole family after we got back from Costa Rica that there was the place to go! WE LOVED our trip there, the people were SOOO friendly and it was gorgeous there! SO if you want a dream vacation, all inclusive My vote is for Costa Rica. If you want the name and location of the place we stayed at check the archives of my blog there is a link to the resorts site to check them out
